Is TRADIZI really free to use?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card, no trial period. You get sales tracking, inventory management, credit book, cloud backup, and daily summaries at no cost. Upgrade to Pro or Business when you need more power.

Does TRADIZI work without internet?

Yes. TRADIZI is built offline-first — all your data is stored locally on your device. You can record sales, add products, manage debts, and generate reports without any internet connection. When you come online, changes sync automatically to the cloud.

Can I use TRADIZI on multiple phones?

Yes, on the Business plan. You and your staff can log in from different devices, and all data stays in sync across devices automatically. The Free and Pro plans support single-device use.

How do I add staff to my business?

Go to More → Settings → Staff Management. Tap "Add Staff", enter their name, role (Manager or Seller), and contact details. An invite code is generated — share it with your staff member. They use it to join your business on their own device.

What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?

If you are on Pro or Business and have synced your data to the cloud, you can reinstall and log in to restore everything. On the Free plan, data is stored locally — uninstalling removes it. We recommend regular backups by keeping cloud sync active.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Is TRADIZI only for Nigerian businesses?

TRADIZI is built primarily for Nigerian businesses — the currency is ₦ Naira, WhatsApp integration uses Nigerian phone formats, and all features are designed around the Nigerian trading environment. We plan to expand to other markets soon.
